Corsican Dog Breeds are a group of small to medium-sized, primitive breeds originating from the Mediterranean island of Corsica. Due to their unique isolation, these breeds are extremely rare and are rarely seen outside of the region. They are loyal, independent, and brave, making them excellent guard dogs and companions. They are also known for their keen sense of smell, alertness, and intelligence. Common Corsican Dog Breeds include the Cirneco dell’Etna, the Cane Corso, the Cursinu, the Perro Ciocco, and the Spinone Italiano.
