Alusky Temperament and Behaviour

The Alusky is a cross between the Alaskan Malamute and the Siberian Husky and is therefore a very active and high energy dog. They are friendly and social creatures that love being around people and other animals. However, they can also be independent and stubborn, so early training and socialization is essential. Aluskies are very intelligent and easily bored, so they need plenty of mental and physical stimulation to stay happy and healthy. They are active dogs that love to run and play, and can make great hiking or running partners. They are also very good with children and make great family pets.

Alusky Activity Requirements

The Alusky is a recently-developed dog that was bred to be a companion and guard dog. They have a gentle, loyal, and protective nature, which makes them ideal as companions and watchdogs. While they do require moderate amounts of activity, the Alusky can be exercised with a short walk or jog. They are not highly energetic, but they do benefit from regular activity. The Alusky is a good choice for anyone who wants a guard dog but doesn’t want the high energy and high maintenance of a purebred German Shepherd. They are gentle, devoted, and intelligent.
