The Bedlington Terrier is a medium-sized, soft-coated, wire-haired terrier with a fox-like appearance. The FCI officially recognized the Bedlington as its own country terrier in 1974. This terrier was originally developed in the Border region of Northumberland, England, and was historically known as a “Border Foxhound”.
