Bostinese Temperament and Behaviour
The Bostinese is a lively and energetic working dog that was originally bred for hunting and guarding. They are intelligent and sharp, and are quick to learn and follow commands. They are highly protective of their owners, and are also very territorial. They make an excellent watch dog.
Bostinese Activity Requirements
The Boxer is a high-energy, intelligent dog that is well-suited to a number of canine sports. They love to play and are very athletic, so they need lots of exercise and stimulation. Most Boxers will do well with at least an hour of brisk activity each day. They will enjoy a long walk, a jog, playing fetch, or any number of other activities. However, they should only be taken on walks or runs if you are sure you are in control of the leash. Since they are such an active, high-energy breed, it is important that you have plenty of time to dedicate to their care. This is not the dog for you if you are unable to provide them with the time and attention they need.
