The Bully Basset is a medium-sized, muscular breed of dog. Originally bred to be hunting partners, these dogs are loyal and lovable. While they are not as high energy as some other dogs, they still do require regular exercise. The Bully Basset is a good option for apartment or city dwellers. While they do require some outdoor time, they don’t need a yard. A daily walk or short jog will keep your Bully Bassett happy and healthy. If you are looking for a quiet, low energy dog, the Bully Basset may not be for you. While they don’t require a ton of physical exercise, they do need regular interaction with their people.
