Cava-Corgi Activity Requirements

The Cava-Corgi is a mixed-breed, or designer dog, that was developed in the 1980s in the United States. This cross between Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Cardigan Welsh Corgis is sometimes referred to as the “king’s best friend”. Both parent breeds are active, so you can expect your Cava-Corgi to be, too. They are well-suited to homes with yards where they can play and go for a run. While this breed is not hyper, they do need regular exercise. A daily walk or short jog is recommended. Keep your pooch on a leash at all times, as they have a high prey drive and may be tempted to chase small animals.
