The French Spaniel is a medium-sized, friendly dog that originated in France and was traditionally used as a hunting and pointing dog. Today, they are primarily kept as companion dogs and are popular in Europe and the United States. While the French Spaniel is not overly energetic, they do enjoy walking and playing with their owners. They are not a high-energy, running type of dog, but they do like to spend time outside. If you are looking for a good jogging partner, this probably isn’t the breed for you. However, if you are looking for a sweet, playful, and loyal companion, the French Spaniel may be your perfect fit.
