The Docker is a relatively recent crossbreed, which was originally developed by breeding a Labrador Retriever and a Cocker Spaniel. The ancestors of the Otterhound and Foxhounds have been traced back to prehistoric hunters who tracked and caught wild animals. The term “Docker” has a variety of meanings. In American English, the term “Docker” refers to a type of sleeveless jacket. In British English, “docker” means “to carry or transport in a boat.”
