The Estonian Hound is a scenthound native to Estonia. The coat is harsh and comes in red and white, and tan and white. The hounds are known for their endurance and speed. The Estonian Hound is a scenthound originally from Estonia, where it was known as the Eestimaa Rahva. It is the oldest indigenous hound of the Baltic region, and is classified by the FCI and National Association of Canine Scent Work (NACSW) as a Finnish Hound. It was officially recognized in 2013 by the FCI.
