Italian Daniff History

The Italian Daniff is a medium-sized, muscular, and athletic hybrid or designer dog developed in Italy in the 1990s. It is the result of crossing the English Mastiff with the American Pit Bull Terrier. Like its parent breeds, the Italian Daniff is fearless, strong, and loyal. It is also very intelligent and eager to please. The parent breeds of the Italian Daniff were bred for different purposes, but all three are renowned for their courage and loyalty. The Mastiff has been prized for centuries for its bravery and strength, while the Pitbull was bred to be a protective and courageous guard dog. The history of the hybrid or designer Italian Daniff dates back to the early 1990s, when it was first developed by breeding two pure-bred Pitbulls to two pure-bred Mastiffs. The first litter of puppies was born in 1994, but they were not recognized as a separate breed until 1997.

Italian Daniff Activity Requirements

The Italian Spitz is an ancient, short-coated hunting dog that originated in Austria and Italy. They are a spunky, intelligent, and energetic breed that makes a great companion. While they do require a fair amount of exercise and mental stimulation, they are not overly demanding. A short daily walk will provide them with enough exercise and will keep them happy. While they do love to play, they are less high-energy than some other breeds. A fenced-in yard will give them room to run, play, and explore. A securely fenced yard with a doggy door is an excellent option for this playful, intelligent, and curious breed.
