Labrador Husky History
The Labrador Husky is a hybrid, or designer, cross between the Labrador Retriever and Siberian Husky. The Labradoodle and Goldendoodle are also hybrids that were created by breeding a Labrador Retriever with a poodle. The Labradoodles, Goldendoodles and Labradoodles are NOT purebred dogs and are the result of deliberate breeding programs. It is still unclear why such cross-breeds are created. Some breeders claim that they are created to reduce health issues in the parent breeds, but the genetic backgrounds of these hybrids are highly variable, making it difficult to determine if this is true. There is also no evidence that they are “ hypoallergenic” as claimed by some.
Labrador Husky Physical Characteristics
The Labradoodle is a medium-sized, double-coated, hybrid-type breed. They have long hair that is soft and straight and their hair is curly and wavy. Their hair is typically white, but can also be orange, apricot, or multi-colored. Their ears are floppy and they have brown eyes. The Labradoodle usually weighs between 50 and 70 pounds and is 20 to 25 inches tall. They have a lot of energy, are smart, and playful. They need lots of exercise.

Labrador Husky Temperament and Behaviour
The Labrador Husky is a playful and energetic breed that enjoys running and playing. They are loyal to their families, but tend to be wary of strangers. They are gentle, loving, and affectionate with their owners, but can be stubborn and willful. They are highly intelligent and make great companions.
Labrador Husky Activity Requirements
The Labrador Husky is a strong, intelligent, and devoted dog who makes a great companion. While this unique hybrid has many of the traits of its two parent breeds, it has its own distinct personality. The Labrador Husky is an active and energetic little dog who will need regular exercise. They are pack animals, and they enjoy following their owners around. For this reason, an active lifestyle will be the best for this sweet, lively pup. If you are looking for a playful, loyal, and intelligent dog, the Labrador Husky may be right for you. They are great with kids, and they love to play and chew. While this hybrid can be a good watch dog, they are most likely to run for cover than fight.
