The Labrottie is a mixed-breed dog that is also known as the Labrador Retriever Rottweiller, the Labrador-American Bulldog, the “Lab-Bull”, or the “Rottie-Lab”. The Labrottie is a medium-sized, muscular, solidly-built, athletic, and agile breed of dog. The head is wedge-shaped, the nose is black, and the coat is usually a combination of brown, brindle, merle, or red, with darker speckles or flecks. The tail is short and usually docked. Labrottie Physical Characteristics
The Labrador Retriever (Lab) is a medium to large sized breed of dog of the gundog type. The breed gets its name from the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador, home of its founder, Captain John Russell. The Labrador Retriever was developed as a retrieving gundog and retains that function today. It was recognized by the American Kennel Club (AKC) in 1917. It is one of the most popular dogs in the United States.
