Pachon Navarro History
The Pachón Navarro is a very old Spanish breed of herding dog that originates from the Basque Country. The origin of the name “Pachón” is disputed, but it may have come from the Basque word “pacha”, which means “boar”. The “Navarro” part of the name comes from the Navarre region of Spain, where the dogs are most commonly found.
