Paperanian Temperament and Behaviour

The playful and docile pet that is also known as the “dog of paper” is a loveable companion and ideal family dog. They are very sensitive and intelligent and, when properly trained, are natural guide, assistance and service dogs.

Paperanian Activity Requirements

Paperanians are small, sturdy, and energetic. They are intelligent and curious, but also very independent. They need regular mental and physical stimulation to be truly happy. While they may enjoy some walks, Paperanians are also very athletic and will enjoy running and playing with you. They are prone to becoming bored, so it is a good idea to have several toys on hand to keep them entertained. Paperanions are not a high-energy dog. They do not need to be walked or exercised for hours every day. However, they do need enough exercise and mental stimulation to prevent them from becoming bored.
