Rus-A-Pei Temperament and Behaviour
The Rus-A-Pei is a highly intelligent, independent, and active breed. They are often described as more of a cat than a dog, as they love to be in high places. They enjoy playing games, and are known to be very trainable. They are very intelligent and are sometimes used as therapy dogs.
Rus-A-Pei Activity Requirements
The Rus-A-Pei is a cross between a purebred poodle and a purebred Japanese chin. This tiny dog has a distinctive look, and they are also known for being intelligent and loyal. The Rus-A-Pei is a very small breed that only weighs between 4 and 8 pounds. They are very active indoors and will do okay without a yard. They do, however, enjoy going for walks. They may also enjoy a game of fetch or tug-of-war. The Rus-A-Pei is a fairly new breed, so there is not as much information available on them. They do, however, make excellent companion dogs and are good with children.
