ShiChi Activity Requirements
The Shih Tzu is a small, fluffy dog that is known to have a happy disposition. They are happy companions and do well in homes with cats or other small, furry animals. While a Shih Tzu does not require much exercise, they do benefit from a daily outing. A short walk around the neighborhood, a trip to the dog park, or a trip to the pet store are all great ways to keep your Shih Tzu healthy. If you are looking for a companion dog, the Shih Tzu may be a good choice. They are happy living in an apartment and only need a short daily outing. While they don’t need a lot of vigorous exercise, they do need some time with their human companions.
