The Afollie is a toy-sized herding and guard dog from Madagascar, developed as a miniature version of the traditional African Azawakh. The Azawakh is a sighthound and part of the scent hound family. The Afollie is a working and guardian Azawakh, and has been used for guarding property, small game, livestock, and their owners.

The Afollie is a small, medium-to-large-sized breed of dogs of the Molosser group. They are considered an extinct breed today. The Afollie was a dog with a rectangular head, long bushy tail, and feathered ears. Its height was 56 to 61 cm (22 to 24 inches), and its length was 84 to 105 cm (33 to 41 inches). Its weight was 35 to 60 kg (77 to 132 lbs). It is believed to be the ancestor of the Mastiff.
