Auss-Tzu Physical Characteristics
The Auss-Tzu is a small, medium-to-large-sized breed of domestic companion dog from East Asia. They are bred primarily for companionship, and range in size from 7 to 13 inches at the shoulders, and weigh 5 to 15 lb. The breed has a head that is small and wedge-shaped, and their ears are either folded back or lie flat against their heads. Their bodies are compact and firm, and their legs are typically straight. The tail is generally docked about 1/3 of its length, and is carried low. The breed has a double coat of fur, with a thick, short undercoat and a dense, long, slightly curly outer coat. Their coats come in a variety of colors and patterns, including solid white, black and red, brindle, cream, gold, silver, and parti-colored.
