Brittany Beagle History

The Brittany-Blue and English-Yellow Hound Group of American Kennel Club is a hound group comprised of two distinct types of hounds: the smooth-coated English (or White) Pointer, and the rough-coated Chesapeake Bay Retriever, as well as three tricolors: the Boykin Spaniel, the Curly-Coated Retriever, and the English Springer Spaniel. The members of this group are sometimes informally referred to as the “blue and yellow hounds”, or “tri”.
