The Cav-A-Mo is a medium-sized, muscular, and athletic dog with a thick, double coat of hair. They are very intelligent and are easily trained. This breed is playful and active, but also calm, gentle, and well-mannered. The Cav-A-Mo is prone to separation anxiety and may suffer from depression if left alone for long periods of time.
Cav-A-Mo Activity Requirements
The Cav-A-Mo is a medium-sized, short-haired Maltese. They are intelligent, sociable, and both have hypoallergenic coats. While they do not require much grooming, they do require regular moderate exercise. While they cannot handle very cold weather, the Cav-A-Mo can do well in warmer climates. Daily walks or trips to the dog park or doggy daycare will keep them healthy and happy. The Cav-A-Mo is a good choice for people who have a moderate amount of extra time for their dogs.
