Elo Activity Requirements

The Elo is a Hungarian hunting dog that was traditionally used to hunt boar and deer. They are believed to be one of the oldest herding breeds, dating back to 2000 BC. Because they are a herding and hunting breed, the Elo requires plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. They will need at least one hour of vigorous play each day. This may include running, walking, or playing interactive games. The Elo does best in an active, outdoor home. They are happiest when they have a job to do. If they are not given enough mental and physical stimulation, they can become destructive and bored.
