Raggle History
The Raggle is a recently created hybrid, or designer, crossbreed that is the result of breeding a Beagle with a Pug. The Raggle is a cross between the Beagle and the Pug, two of the most popular and well-known dog breeds around the world. The origin of the name “Raggle” is up for debate, but the most widely accepted story is that it was named after a 12-year-old boy who owned a Raggle. In 2009, a 3 month old puppy named “Snoopy” became the first “official” registered Raggle. Since then, the Raggle has become increasingly popular and is recognized as an official AKC (American Kennel Club) hybrid, or designer, breed.

Raggle Activity Requirements
Raggles are a fairly new hybrid dog that started out as a cross between a Rat Terrier and a Pug. They are small, playful, and energetic, and while they are not the most athletic of dogs, they do enjoy a short daily walk or game. A daily walk or short play session is the best way to give your Raggle the physical exercise they need. They do not need a lot of running around, but they do like to be stimulated. A nice game of fetch or chase can be a lot of fun and an excellent form of exercise for your Raggles. If you are looking for a high-energy pet, the Raggle may not be the best choice for you. They do not require a lot of exercise and are quite content lounging around. While they can be rambunctious at times, they are not a high-energy dog.
